I think they're going to charge people for it. Not the service but the installation. TiVo over here is much less do-it-yourself like the US (go to US Currys for it, transfers shows to your PC, etc) so they're probably setting up some

Not that you couldn't just do that yourself, but I imagine there are quite a few people who would rather get someone in or would need someone in.
