Question,s my contract cancelled,Answer,yes sir it is.......NOT

Ok, took a 2 year contract phone out with Virgin Media Mobile in October 2009 for my son,came to October 2011 I decided to cancel due to my son joining O2.

I duely ran VM to give one months verbal notice that I wanted to cancel,"Not a problem Sir your last bill will be generated on XXth October for payment on XXth of November",Hmmm,that was easy I thought.....wrong,bill issued on the refresh date in November to be paid in December!!,rang VM "Yes Sir that is your FINAL bill",so I paid it, I think you can guess what's coming next,bill generated on December's refresh date to be paid in January 2012,just got off the phone to them (43 minutes WTF!!!!) and am now assured the account is cancelled,then to cap it all I was asked why I wanted to leave VM Mobile,I nearly p*ssed myself laughing.
