I wrote to Box Nation on 26 November 2011, via their e-mail address, to ask about commercial subscriptions for bars.
I received a reply the same day to say that they didn't know
I immediately responded to ask if they could look into this and let me know. They replied, again on the same day, to say that they would be in touch with me after speaking to their legal team.
Since then I have heard nothing. Sadly, at our next directors meeting, I shall have no choice but to recommend that we don't deal with this company.
I do not expect to have to chase people in order to give them money, especially in the present economic climate
