have you posted on the community forum. have you had any real explanation via support 150 or anyone calling you explaining?

have you sent an email with every single issue your having to the CEO at VM..

whats your power levels like,

put this into your web browser bar > 192.168.100.1
login (defaults are username: admin - password: changeme)
advanced settings below the 3 boxes
connection tab on the left
copy and paste down levels and up levels or screenshot the whole connection page and upload
