No, you can't get 100mb installed without an engineer (well, not unless you make a
big fuss, but then according to Masque any customer service agent who gives you what you want is doing their jobs wrong).
Ths Superhub itself can and is sent out regularly as self-install on lower tiers.
According to BenMcr, Superhubs will be sent out as self install to customers on lower tiers and current 50mb users as part of their speed doubling to 100mb. It's been "confirmed" that the requirement for engineer install on 100mb will be dropped when 50mb becomes 100.
