Cloning is no longer the issue it was before.
Cloning is NOT the reason for the issues you have.
The security systems that are in place will prevent clone's in the areas where the uplifts in upload have accord.

we'll see when all the areas upgraded. Croydon hasn't been upgraded yet
that is shocking. anywho my areas had the up upgraded for ages yet.. (different thread though)
