So weirdly enough, those going from 10meg -> 20meg will get less than what 20meg people currently get (according to
http://www.virginmedia.com/myvirginm...ment_table.php).
I dare say that those moving from 20 to 60 will get the same as those moving from 30 to 60.
However, I think it's fair enough- the 10 (soon to be 20meg) service is a basic service. If you find you're hitting STM a lot, you should probably think about upgrading, even if you don't need the extra speed. I know plenty of people who'd happily stay on 10meg and throttle it 24/7 if they could, rather than pay for 50 and only use it 4-5 hours a day.
