With any reputable solicitor they will advise you if you are likely to win, and then you have the choice to go ahead or not. If you do win, then the other side still pay your legal fees.

So the results, and costs are no different to you.


Many of them also use inexperienced solicitors, so there is a good chance that you won't get the same amount as you would with an experienced solicitor. But the no win no fee company doesn't care, because they still get the same fee.
