Yes I am sure my insurers keep claim details private. They make a point of doing so and it was a full year after my initial claim that the calls started asking speak to my husband who was the injured party named in the court application.

We have taken the matter up with the Court and an Official Enquiry is being undertaken as they agree the details have most probably been obtained through them. Though I doubt anything will turned up as I suspect the information is sold for a backhander.
