My driver was hit from behind by another van (belonging to the competition, but that's another story). Anyway, within 5 minutes of me calling the insurance company I received a call from one of these companies.

My insurers do not sell on accident details thank goodness but the timing made it obvious that some one in the courts was/is passing on the details as the callers knew it was a motoring accident, had details that were in the initial submission and asked for my husband by name.
