it wont be the same file, when copyign to dvd it doesnt copy as the original it encodes it and make the quailty less, then when you go to rip it form teh dvd the quailty is less again, they see it as the quailty been less means the copy wont be worth it, dnt ask me why they just do, to be honest with the right tools you can copy the version on the dvd to hard drive and make it appear tv quailty so i dnt know why they dnt block that now, oh using a capture card is techincally illegal to in fact so it using dvd recorder but they have hard job getting them not be sold as the comapneis makign them woudl fit them vigiously
