funny how people call things a scam when they don't get the answer they wanted
. i'm sure if the OP made a contract to lend someone some money for example and then half way through that person said they didn't want to pay you any longer, wouldn't you be upset?? and wouldn't you want the rest of it??
and before you say that's not the same thing i beg to differ, Virgin have paid engineers to come out and connect you, they have also lent you equipment to use their service so they are just trying to get some of there money back, i think if you work it out the average customer needs to be with virgin for at least 10 months before they start making money from that perticular account.
