I agree; you can't watch 3D for too long without getting eye strain or headaches. The future probably lies in holographic TV, which according to 'Click' should be out by the end of 2012 or thereabouts. This enables the eyes to focus on one point rather than stretching each eye into unnatural positions.

Hopefully, VM will be ahead of the game for that, although I am not sure at this stage whether these images will be capable of being displayed from existing 3D channels or whether you need holographic channels to be able to do see the holographic images.

I, for one, will not be getting a 3D TV although I do think the visual experience is stunning. The subsequent risk of nausea and headache completely puts me off!
