Just wanted to reset it back to its original state. Had the VM engineer here today who supposedly 'fixed' a problem however the picture is still breaking up on my VHD box but not my TiVo box. I have unplugged and restarted my VHD box as that's what the engineer did to my TiVo (he didn't touch my VHD) so i'll see if that does the trick. Thanks for your answer anyway
