Speaking personally, I think that with the TIVO box and the new HD channels, they have provided me with a huge amount of what I have been looking for over the last few years.
However, the following would make my wish list complete:
Sky Atlantic/HD
Al Jazeera
CBS Drama
MGM HD
Netflix and/or Lovefilm on the TIVO box
Improved functionality on the TIVO box (along the lines written about in other threads).
I cannot believe that my wishlist has become so short, but to my mind, all of this would make it a perfect service. Until 2012....! What a long way we have come. Well done, Virgin Media, a gold star from me.

Yes l agree with a lot of your sentiment and l would expect most of these channels to come in 2012 as well making what already is very good even better.
