As an observer, however, I just  at the CWU over what is basically a meaningless piece of opportunism. As VM is going to go ahead with the closure regardless of what any MP, councillor or union rep says, I assume the CWU is just desperate to make as much noise as possible so that afterwards they can claim 'we did our best'. |
It was a no win situation for VM as the union would have used ether option to have a go.
