I guess this is old news so to speak,but a quick search showed nothing.

Had a call from Virgin last night. How did I like the Tivo Etc.

Only have a couple of moans - well known here.

Was told that yes Virgin had made a mistake in not adding reminders & that most of the people spoken too, listed it as the number one want.

Was told that it & full red button on BBC would be in the next up grade due between Jan & March 2012.

However he had not heard any one complain about having to reset favorites as the main option any and again ( yes I know) . Also hinted at a new style of box being looked at. More in line with the V+ LED display ( Now I would like one of them !!!
