Here you have a person who has been shouting her mouth off on a train, and the whole issue has been blown up, she has now been nick, and so she should.

It has to be equal that if people from other countries call us something racial, then we should be allowed to take action also.

And regarding the guy on the train, l would not like to be in the other guys shoes as he committed the assault, and he cannot say that he didn't, its on film - so it could be Balinnie for him for Xmas, and it is clear assault.

How do you know other countries don't take action? Just because you got called something and no one took action doesn't mean nothing ever gets done. There are a lot of cases, even in this country, where people are racially abused and nothing is done.
