I have two opinions on this matter, I am NOT racist in any form, l live next door to a Somalian family and we get on very well.

BUT, my main criticism of this whole matter is, what if the ball was on the other foot, l have been many places and been called many foul names, including a very nasty word, and NOTHING was done.

Here you have a person who has been shouting her mouth off on a train, and the whole issue has been blown up, she has now been nick, and so she should.

It has to be equal that if people from other countries call us something racial, then we should be allowed to take action also.

And regarding the guy on the train, l would not like to be in the other guys shoes as he committed the assault, and he cannot say that he didn't, its on film - so it could be Balinnie for him for Xmas, and it is clear assault.
