The Service Status page does list one BB problem but that says there are problems accessing Virgin Media's 'My Virgin Media' pages. My problem applied to everything.

Anyone else suffering in the same locale?
just crious how youe getting your getting 0.3mb might be the test your using isnt giving the right result

where are you pinging?
