How much would you increase by ?

In my opinion the license fee should be scrapped. Have a read at this story and yes i know it is over a year old.

Well It needs to be increased by 20% just to maintain its current services, plus finance the world service and S4C which it has been forced to do, for extra or better services, it would need to go up even more

Another thing, any news on ITV 2/3/4 HD, it been over a year now, so will we be getting it?
