Do you feel that New Customers get a better deal than Existing Customers at VM ?

The reason I ask is because my weekly delivery of VM junk mail. Offers for new customers on the same bundle 6 HD channels, a new TiVo box and Fast and reliable broadband.

All of which I do not receive !
