Installed Tivo and put my V+box in bedroom, he set up the remote to work with my tv, and showed me the basics on how to work Tivo. He also asked if i had any series recorded on the V+box, wen i stated that i had, he then showed me how to set them up on the Tivo.

Took about 40 mins to complete and couldn't fault the installation or the engineer.

10 out of 10 to the engineer for a excellent service, its been nice to give some praise for a change instead of the moans and groans,
