The OP did prefix the question with "... off topic ..." and a couple of succinct, relevant replies, ideally from VM staff or customers with prior experience, would have been sufficient. It was not an invitation to start a discussion on the frustrations of dealing with customer service staff, based anywhere and of any ethnic background, who have neither the language skills nor the technical knowledge to execute their duties. That's either for a dedicated thread or complaints via direct contact with the company.
