I have been subject to calls from a claim firm for the last 4 months over an accident i had in the snow last year. They know when, how and where, Registration number and type of both vehicles. They know the NAME of the other driver and then tell me i can claim against the other driver. They will not tell me where the info comes from but they do admit they paid for the information. Thing is the other driver was not in the car at the time as she was sat in her house watching telly and i slid into her parked car on a bend in a street.
