Re: New to TiVo.

If you have lots of space and look at the contents of the hard drive regularly, you can just use "keep until I delete / all episodes". This way everything will get recorded and nothing will go missing until you tell it to. I like to use this option on programs which air regularly that I don't watch often, but want all the aired ones kept until I either watch them or discard in favour of something else.

This way is a bit more high maintenance but it solves the problem of things getting automatically deleted when you wanted to keep them for a little longer.
