Why won't these offshore idiots ever arrange for an engineer visit, does it go against them reaching some quota or something?
You can spend ages trying to get some sort of result from them only to have them say they cannot help you and hang up the phone which leaves no option but to try retentions and hope to get to speak to a UK agent.
VM think they save money but they are really the most expensive option as they do absolutely nothing to earn their pay.
