You should come and live in my area dude, when I rang up the other day they said the utilisation on my UBR was negligable and I was the only 100mbit user on it (not that I believe them) but perhaps that is why I have always got my max speed (up and till now
)

it would be nice if they made them 80/8 and 150/15, it ain't gonna happen though. I can see it going to 60/6 to make it more of a jump from 30 but still significantly less than 100
