I still have a good ol' SD CRT TV and the quality of 5* and 5 USA on VM has been appalling of late. It's like watching NTSC on a very early slow LCD TV which hasn't been dusted for three years.

There's latency, pixelation and grainy, washed-out colour. What's going on with the bandwidth?
