You should be accessing the Existing Customers part of the website. It's very clear Arthur.

Our amazing 1TB box lets you store around 500 hours of standard TV or around 100 hours of HD TV. The 500GB box is pretty special, too, recording around 250 hours of standard TV or around 50 hours of HD TV.

Upgrade now and get free activation worth £49.95 with our 500GB (you'll just need to pay £49.95 for installation)

Engineer came out to me this afternoon, checked the signal levels (which were fine, as expected), and swapped it out for a new box. It auto-updated itself to 15.2 and so far (about 5 hours) not a single reboot, so fingers crossed the new box behaves itself.

Decent service after reporting the incident on Tuesday evening, but I've obviously lost all of my recordings and have spent over 2 hours setting all of my season passes, wildcards etc up to get it back to how I want it.

Admittedly the issue has not affected the majority of users (those with issues will always should loudest), but for those that are affected "a few bugs and glitches" doesn't come close to covering it!!
I think if anyone had that happen to them, then you'd be rightly upset. The box must have had an underlying fault which the upgrade triggered.
