You can schedule series links without a hitch. Can't do WishLists though, or a second Series Link for a show that has one already on a different channel. Easier indeed, but I find using a proper router as a wireless bridge gives you much better range than a smaller dongle. If reliability is an issue it's something to consider when devising a solution.
