The wife topped up her PAYG phone on Sunday last week with £10 and was expecting to receive the usual text from VM confirming she'd be getting her free weekend texts as usual. So far she's had nothing, no confirmation text and no free texts on her account. She rang 789 a few days ago and got a recorded message saying there's a problem with the free texts. Does anyone know what the problem is and when it'll be resolved? Her little texty fingers are getting bored...
