I keep having bother accessing my e-mail, it seem to be a hit or a miss if I can sign in, I have the main e-mail address, and I get this error message quite often, "We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later"
my husband has an additional e-mail account, and he cannot access that at all, despite all the details being correct, this has all happened since the signing into e-mails changed to 'My Virgin Media'
