By the way is there an email I can use to contact Virgin over this? As much as I love having an extra + 1 channel, if I'm not supposed to have and its a technical error as you say, it seems dishonest
Or should I just post in the Virgin Media forum? Are the reps there the right ones to deal with my strange problem lol
