Our door bell rang on Friday and John went to see who was there. I gradually tuned into what was being said when I heard John saying that "Yes we had been with VM for donkey's years" and "no we didn't have Films or Sports"

I soon came down to earth and put away my elation at maybe being 'Ticked' when I glanced down the hall to see that the caller was wearing a Sky name tag.
