I just phoned up, got a UK Customer service and was total it would be up to 24hrs for the update to come though.
As I came off the phone the Superhub rebooted and I now can get 100.1Mb via newsgroups (download a linux OS), but speedtest.net I can find one that give me more then 70Mb
They wanted to send a tech out and charge me £30, I said I got just my Superhub, 2 weeks ago and she went off to check and then said it be upgraded within 24 hours
