Now this is where I do have a problem, what you state is true, but seems only part of the truth.
ATOS do only assess, but you fail to mention they also give their 'opinion' of the person they are assessing, and they also seem to supply certain information as they see fit, that or omit certain information. So to give off as fact that ATOS doesn't have anything to do with a decision is totally wrong. But this is just my opinion of course.
