If you got the spunk and energy to talk to retentions, you will get something, but it never lasts forever..
best bet, do it 12 months at a time...
shop around, take notes, bring it up, and you will get some sort of "deal"..
but yet, new customers seem to get better deals...
the days of having much choice though, is a laughing matter.
