.These orders aren't just for drug dealers but for any serious crime and are not designed to prevent the original crime just make it harder to return to crime on release and as Russ has said earlier anyone prepared to break laws that put that person in the serious criminal bracket will laugh at such measures, but as Derek said these just make it easier to put them back in jail
