Exclude Sky Atlantic because Sky are asking a high price and is free to all Sky TV customers until April 2012.
MGM HD is a joint partnership with BSkyB but i think will come next year even those it has low viewing figures.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, MGM HD launched on 14 December 2009 on the Sky satellite service. The channel is run in joint partnership with British Sky Broadcasting. On 27 April 2011, the channel was added to UPC Ireland's line-up.

and MGM HD only has 42,000 viewers in 1 day
