Yeah ive Spoken on 150 for the last 3 weeks or more over these issues, I've had 2 engineers out here, New Modem on first visit, 2nd visit new db on modem plus phone call to who every saying there watching and hope to have a fix by the end of the week, This was Monday. Tuesday rang 150 slow speeds got told there aware and hope to it fixed by or have to have it resolved by 5:30pm 4th/11/11. got put throgh to Customer Service and told i would get a refund for the time ive had issues. (I want my speed not a refund) anyways he said he ring me the next morning it should all be fixed because on his screen it says Resolve time by 9am 2/11/11. then he cant sort the amount of refund i should have.
No phone call. (Like i expected them to ring me LOL)
So now awaiting tomorrow 5:30pm if not fixed im going to rage one to a manager.
any tips to get this resoled or help would be nice.
