Seems business as usual for Virgin Media looking at threads on here and other discussion boards, which is a shame really - given Virgin have 100% control of their website then you would think that they could be consistent with their pricing messages (and explicit if it only applies to new customers).

I never asked about adding 2 Tivos's and keeping the V+HD - I think would be pushing it a bit and I'd fully have expected to have been asked for an extra £6.50 to do that.

Edit - the above doesn't mention my install costs - which I had to pay in full (ie £50 for each Tivo and a £40 Install fee)

Thank you Tony - I know that I am on a reasonably good deal but always looking to get the best possible price when I am renegotiating my deal/setting my contract price for another 12/18 months
