Sorry to say that's small change to a company that is Npower too little too late for Ofgem going about it now, where there are other problems to address else where. One main one is the price of oil/gas to common market has gone down to about $100 a barrel but the price is more they charge us, it's not admin costs, nor this so-called "green energy drive" just pure profit in my eyes.
That why I have a multi-fuel boiler does it better & much cheaper than any company is going charge me... hints burn baby burn there's only ash & no waste in my bin bags on collection day..forget the plastics etc its central heating & hot water to me + all free too.
Roll on winter do your worst if you can...while writing this in a nice comfy toasty warm room, to the light of the fire flickering in the background
