The issue just needs some basic common sense.Adding vitamins to food cost money and sunshine is free.

exactly right ,when i was a kid (no computers and only one tv)we just played outside ,we didn't use any vitamin supplements and i didn't get rickets ,rarely got ill either with colds or infections
