Re: nutrition labels in wrong place according to study but who actually looks at them

I look at them as a matter of routine to keep my sugar intake down. Anyone who thinks they are not in a position to need to worry about carbohydrates or fats may want to double-take, you may not be fat outside doesn't mean you don't have VLDL merrily doing its thing inside
