The problem is that those who really need benefits suffer because of those who abuse the system.

Obviously the woman in the OP's link was one of the people who does need DLA, and is certainly not a scrounger. However I know of someone who has been a benefit and DLA scrounger for many years, until he recently had his DLA stopped, and lost the lease car. At the time my wife said that she felt sorry for them because they can't take the children out without a car. Then I explained that it takes the tax from 4 people on my wages to pay for all the benefits they received.
