I have tested on the office TV and seems to be ok here. There is a known fault in general with the menu systems either being slow or can freeze up causing the box to become unresponsive. If this happens you can use the following sequence to unlock the box instead of rebooting or waiting for a response.

THUMBS DOWN --> THUMBS UP --> PLAY X 3.

This reset's the UI and allows you to carry on navigating as normal.

I do apologise for the inconvenience but we hope to have this fault fixed soon in the next code download.

This issue is software related and, as advised in a number of threads, is set to resolve by the next update.
