Even sent a mail to NTL and all I receive is a reference number. So it appears to be the Southampton area problem which I'm told I come under. If they are still having problems since April they shouls at least offer some sort of incentive to stay with NTl. Don't hear a word. But as a last resort I will support and speak to Gareth, the only one who appears interested. |
