You could use a really long scart cable.

Or you could buy a HDMI splitter and run two HDMI cables from the TiVo box.

One to your main TV and another to the one in the other room.

HDMI cables tend to be a bit thinner and would probably be easier to hide under carpets etc... as I assume it needs to run along to the other room.

Plus you would get a better picture quality.

Trouble is how long do you need the cable. Isn't going to be cheap.

It'd probably be easier to have a v box in the other room for £6.50 a month and that way u can change channel etc... in extra room.
