Here is info I got on the channels listed on you long post.

-BoxNation, ITV2 HD, ITV3 HD, ITV4 HD, PBS UK, Premier Sports, Sky Atlantic and Sky Atlantic HD are all said to be set to launch on Virgin soon (Talks are ongoing).

-Sony Entertainment Television, Sony Entertainment Television +1, HISTORY HD, Disney Channel HD, Disney XD HD, Sky Sports News HD, CBS Action, CBS Drama, CBS Reality +1, Horror Channel +1, TCM 2, BET, BET +1, Comedy Central Extra +1, NickToons Replay, Zing, Russia Today, Movies4men, Movies4men +1, Movies4men2, Movies4men2 +1 and Al Jazeera English has all been rumoured as coming over the years but still to appear.

-All the rest may appear when they owners deal is up with Virgin.
well lets hope that all 30 channels you have mentioned will be lanuched on virgin media by the end of 2012
